This policy explains how AI Page Ready collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, AEO audit widget, Prospector, and reports.
1. Who we are
AI Page Ready ("we", "us", or "our") is based in Bangalore, India. We provide AI readiness and AI search visibility audits, an embeddable AEO audit widget for agencies, and Prospector for auditing websites selected by agencies. This policy applies to aipageready.com and these services (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information
- Authenticate users and manage accounts, campaigns, plans, subscriptions, and usage limits.
- Fetch submitted webpages, run readiness checks, and generate explanations and recommendations.
- Run AI search visibility questions and record answers, brand appearances, citations, and related results.
- Store and display reports, generate PDFs and Prospector exports, and deliver requested report emails.
- Give agencies access to the leads collected through their campaigns and notify their chosen recipients.
- Respond to support requests and send account, onboarding, and marketing communications.
- Operate and improve the Service, analyze usage, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Agency widgets and Prospector
When you submit an agency's audit widget, that agency chooses the fields it collects and receives your submitted information and the resulting audit. Depending on its settings, the widget may request your name, email address, phone number, company name, and website. The agency may use this information to contact you about its services.
We process widget submissions to operate the Service for the agency. Lead notifications go to the recipients the agency configures. If the agency enables report emails, your report may be emailed to you with the agency's configured recipients copied.
Prospector audits website URLs supplied by an agency and produces reports and exports. It does not automatically discover prospect email addresses or phone numbers. Agency branding and contact details may appear in its reports.
Agencies may configure their own analytics or advertising event scripts for embedded forms and reports. Their use of your information and any tracking on their website is subject to their own privacy notices. For requests about an agency's collection or follow-up, contact that agency. You can also contact us about information we hold.
5. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, the basis for processing depends on the activity:

6. Service providers and sharing
We share information with providers as needed to perform the functions below, and with agencies as described above.

Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for purchases and handles payment, tax, fraud prevention, and related transaction information under its own privacy policy. We store billing and subscription records, but do not store your full payment card details.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the Service and enforce our agreements.
7. AI processing
To generate audits, we send submitted URLs, relevant webpage content, questions, and audit findings to the AI providers used for the selected checks. AI search visibility also processes sampled answers and citations to identify brand appearances and related results. These results are stored as part of your report.
We use paid Gemini and OpenAI APIs and have not enabled their optional data-sharing or model-improvement settings. Providers may still retain request and response data for safety, abuse prevention, or service operation under their applicable terms. Their retention periods are separate from our own.
See the Gemini API terms, OpenAI API data controls, and DataForSEO privacy policy for provider-specific details. Submit only information you are authorized to share; avoid submitting sensitive personal information for an audit.
8. Cookies, browser storage, and communications
We use browser storage to maintain your sign-in session and record limited signup attribution information. Google Analytics uses cookies and related technology to measure visits, interactions, and conversions on our website. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings; clearing sign-in storage will sign you out.
We use Brevo for onboarding and marketing emails. We do not track opens or clicks in these emails, and honor unsubscribe requests through Brevo. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential account, billing, support, or requested report messages. Amazon SES delivers transactional messages such as account notifications, agency lead notifications, and report emails.
Some pages include third-party resources, such as YouTube videos using its privacy-enhanced embed domain or Google-hosted favicons. Loading these resources sends browser request information to the relevant provider, which handles it under its own policies.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain the information described in this policy indefinitely unless you request deletion. This includes account information, leads, audit results, reports and PDFs, support records, and operational data. There is no automatic deletion period for this information.
To request deletion, email support@aipageready.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
10. Security
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to production systems and data is limited to two administrators using software-key TOTP-based two-factor authentication.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
You may have the right to object to processing of your personal information, including for direct marketing.

12. International transfers
Our servers and processors may be located outside your country of residence (including the United States). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
13. Children and policy changes
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this site and become effective 30 days after posting.
