This quota is separate from your Audit Widget lead allowance, resets each month and does not roll over. One credit is used only when a webpage report is generated successfully; failed reports are not charged.

Yes. Growth and Scale customers can buy one-time packs of 25 credits for $49, 100 for $149 or 250 for $299. Monthly credits are used first. One-time credits expire 12 months after purchase and are non-refundable.

Yes. You can change your plan yourself through your billing portal. Any applicable prorated charge or credit will be calculated when you change plans.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from your secure billing portal, including during your free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After subscribing, you can choose to cancel immediately or at your next billing date.
