Affiliate Program Terms

1. Applying and joining

You must be at least 18, able to enter into a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate contact details, at least one website, social profile, or agency link, and information about your audience and promotion plans.

Every application requires our manual approval. Submitting an application or creating an affiliate account does not mean you have been approved. You may begin promoting as an affiliate once we approve your participation. Keep your account and payout details accurate and secure.

2. Referrals and the 60-day window

Use your assigned referral link. Referral tracking lasts for 60 days after a customer clicks your link. We pass the recorded referral details to our payment provider when the customer starts a subscription checkout. Affonso manages attribution and commission tracking through its integration with our payment provider. Creating an account or activating the Free plan alone does not earn commission. Commission is earned only on eligible subscription payments attributed to you, with the 12-month earning period starting from the customer’s first paid subscription payment.

Attribution depends on the referral being recorded by our tracking system. Blocked tracking, cleared cookies, a different device, or a different account can prevent a referral from being recorded.

3. Eligible subscriptions and commission

• You earn 25% commission on eligible Growth and Scale subscription payments attributed to you.
• The earning period runs for 12 months from the referred customer’s first paid subscription payment, not from the click, application, or Free-plan activation.
• Commission is calculated on subscription revenue actually collected, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
• AI Page Ready covers payment-processing fees. These fees are not deducted from the commission calculation.
• One-time purchases, credit packs (including Prospector credits), free usage, and unpaid trial periods do not earn commission.

Only eligible payments collected during the 12-month earning period qualify. The period does not restart when a customer changes plans, cancels, or resumes a subscription. If a customer cancels, no further commission accrues unless another eligible payment is collected within the original earning period. You are not guaranteed 12 payments or any minimum earnings.

4. Approval, refunds, and payouts

Commissions have a 30-day approval hold after the qualifying payment and remain subject to validation. Approved commissions are paid monthly in USD once your payable balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry forward. A pending commission is not yet payable.

You must provide the payout and tax information reasonably needed to process your payment. Missing or inaccurate details may delay a payout. You are responsible for taxes on your affiliate income; we may make withholdings required by law.

Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible payments do not earn commission. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionately. If commission has already been paid on a reversed payment, we may offset that amount against future commissions and explain the adjustment in your payment records. We may hold disputed commissions while investigating, without withholding unrelated, valid approved commissions.

5. Honest promotion and clear disclosures

Make accurate, current claims about AI Page Ready. Do not promise guaranteed search rankings, AI citations, leads, income, or other results.

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when someone purchases through your link. Put the disclosure where people will see it alongside your recommendation or link, including in video or audio content where appropriate. Do not rely only on a disclosure buried in a profile, footer, or terms page. For example: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Follow applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and electronic-marketing laws, including FTC disclosure rules where applicable.

6. Prohibited promotion and referrals

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive outreach, or unlawful use of personal information.
• No self-referrals, including purchases for yourself or a business you own or control. Referring an independent client is permitted.
• No fake accounts, bots, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, or manipulation of referral attribution.
• Do not impersonate AI Page Ready, suggest that you are our employee or authorized agent, or register confusingly similar domains or social accounts.
• Do not bid on “AI Page Ready”, “aipageready”, or confusingly similar brand keywords in paid search, or run ads posing as our official account, without our prior written permission.
• Do not advertise unauthorized coupons, discounts, cashback, or other purchase incentives. Get our written approval before offering an incentive for using your link.

7. Brand materials and your relationship with us

While approved, you may use the names, logos, and promotional materials we provide solely to recommend AI Page Ready under these terms. Keep the materials accurate and stop using them if we ask you to or your participation ends. We retain ownership of our brand and materials; you retain ownership of your original content.

You participate independently. This Program does not create employment, an agency relationship, or a legal partnership. You cannot make commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your promotion costs unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Leaving, suspension, and termination

You may leave by contacting us. We may suspend or end participation for a breach of these terms, fraud, unlawful promotion, or a material risk to customers or the Program. We may also close the Program or end participation for other reasons with 30 days’ notice. Stop presenting yourself as an active affiliate and remove Program links and brand materials from content you control when participation ends.

No new referrals qualify after participation ends. Valid commissions already earned remain payable under the normal payout rules. When participation ends without a breach, existing qualifying referrals continue earning commission through their original 12-month periods. Commissions attributable to fraud, prohibited conduct, refunds, or chargebacks may be rejected or reversed. A balance below $50 continues to carry forward; contact us about an outstanding balance when leaving the Program.

9. Changes to the Program

We may update these terms as the Program develops. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the affiliate portal, with the effective date stated in the notice. Changes to commission rates or earning periods apply to new referrals after the effective date; existing qualifying referrals retain their original rate and earning period. Changes required by law or to prevent fraud may take effect sooner, with notice explaining the change. You may leave if you do not agree to a change.

10. Privacy and third-party services

We use Affonso to manage applications, referral tracking, and affiliate records, and Dodo Payments to process customer subscription payments. We use application and payout information to review participation, administer the Program, prevent abuse, and make payments, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any third-party services you use may also have their own terms and privacy notices. Do not collect or share unnecessary customer personal information when making or disputing a referral.

11. General terms and contact

These terms govern the affiliate relationship. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of AI Page Ready, including their governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions. If there is a conflict about affiliate participation, these Affiliate Program Terms control. A different arrangement applies only if we agree to it with you in writing. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
